Booth Setup

I arrive with full professional lighting, a branded or neutral backdrop, and a tethered display so attendees can see their photos in real time. Everything is self-contained. All you need to provide is the floor space.

Speed Sessions

Each person gets two to three minutes of expert direction. I adjust their jawline, expression, posture, and energy so every headshot looks like a private executive session, not a conference snapshot. No awkward posing, no generic smiles.

Instant Phone Delivery

Photos land on each attendee's phone before they walk away from the booth. Six or more polished, automatically retouched headshots, ready to post to LinkedIn or send to a marketing manager that same day. You receive a CSV of every attendee after the event for follow-up.

Availability

Convention Center events available year-round. Beach-season sessions May through October. For large events and multi-day conferences, I recommend booking three to four weeks ahead. I am flexible on logistics and happy to coordinate with your event team to make sure the headshot experience fits right into your schedule.
