Do you travel to Atlantic City for events?

Yes. I'm based in Wayne, PA — about 90 minutes from the Atlantic City Convention Center. Travel and setup are built into the event pricing for any AC venue. No surprise fees, no per-mile add-ons.

What do you need on-site?

An 8x8 footprint and access to one standard outlet. That's it. I bring lights, backdrop, camera, tethering setup, signage, and the gallery delivery system. I arrive 90 minutes before doors open to set up and stay until the last attendee is shot.

Can you match our event branding?

Yes. The Custom Brand Buildout add-on (+$350) includes your sponsor or event logo on the backdrop, a branded gallery skin attendees see when they download, and a custom intro email. Send brand guidelines and logo files at booking and I'll have a proof to you 5–7 days before the event.

How does instant delivery work?

Each attendee enters their email at the booth (a tablet station I provide). Within seconds of stepping out from in front of the camera, they receive a text or email link to their personal gallery — 6+ photos, all professionally lit, all auto-retouched. They can download to phone, share to social, or forward to a marketing manager on the spot.

Do you provide a contact list of everyone photographed?

Yes. After the event, you receive a CSV with the name, email, and photo IDs of every attendee who used the booth. This is the lead-generation piece — every face that came through is now a qualified contact for your post-event follow-up. (Attendees consent at the booth that their info will be shared with the event sponsor.)
